Refund Policy
At Cubit Consulting B.V., we aim to deliver high-quality business and technology consulting services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may apply.
1. General
Our services are delivered based on agreements, proposals, and contracts tailored to each client. Because consulting involves time, expertise, and preparation, refunds are limited.
2. Cancellations before project start

If you cancel a confirmed project at least 14 days before the agreed start date, you will receive a full refund of any prepayments made.

If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, we reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the project fee to cover preparation and scheduling costs.
3. Ongoing projects

For ongoing or long-term consulting agreements, either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days’ written notice.

You remain responsible for paying for all services already delivered and work in progress up to the termination date.
4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

Services were paid for in advance and have not yet been delivered; or

There has been a demonstrable failure on our part to deliver the agreed services.

No refunds are provided for completed services, partial project work, or advisory time already spent.
5. Rescheduling

Meetings or workshops can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, we may charge up to 50% of the planned session fee.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Groningen, Netherlands.
